Hi @WIP Just got home from shopping at the big shopping plaza. 🥺😩

Still need to go back. Oh well. Maybe I'll leave it until Wednesday evening.
After many calls and messages, the tradie finally messaged back to say he'll be here tomorrow. No mention or apology about not turning up last week. Strange.

I'm just about to go and cook some dinner, but I'll be back.

Just prepared dinner. What's for dinner at yours? I'm making hamburgers and bought a different kind of bread with olives to have with it. Just need to make the salad. Too tired to do anything. Look forward to bed.
Hopefully chemist will be quiet for you in the morning. I go to the chemist warehouse and it's always busy. Sometimes half hour wait. Annoying having to go back. So many things to look at there. I get overwhelmed looking at vitamins etc. Always spend too much there. 😀

Chemist Warehouse is my local too, but the business of it is starting to get too much for me. Their scripts are cheaper, but not that much in the scheme of things. For vitamins & makeup, yes I'd go there - but battling intense crowds and waiting time to save a few bucks on meds, I'm thinking of switching @Former-Member

I'm having chicken hamburgers, minus the bread - just with salad. A light dinner for me, I can't wait to go to bed - Really bad day.'actually hurt myself physically or the first time - I'm declining, quickly.

It's the first time I've hurt myself @Former-Member other than drinking too much

I feel I've crossed a line now - it seems so easy.....

Do you have ways of distracting at times like this? @WIP I often distract by watching shows on internet. At the moment ive started watching, The Secret Daughter, with Jessica Mauboy. Sometimes nothing helps though. Will sit with you if that helps. I wish I had an answer. 💞
