My bad night wasn't in any way to do with you. I had a full hour screen-free before sleeping. I think I was just dehydrated, which results in nightmares and waking up a lot. My own fault.

I would much, much rather know how things are for you really. How can I try to support you if I don't know how things are?

So can I ask what colour (or what song) you're at today?

I'm thinking I shouldn't say the colour, as for the somg I'm looking for one that reflects my feelings or stats of mind right now.

Sorry for delay struggling to respond. Right now though I'm on my way out (super high anxiety) to get one of my medications.

Will take photos for you of I can and let you know the somg when I find it..am searching

I think if you shouldn't say the colour it's maybe orange or close to, I surely hope it's not red but you say you're on the way out to pick up medication so maybe it's not red. I'm sorry for your super high anxiety though 😣
