Ah yes, it's back up. I just watched a live version of 4 minutes...she didn't break down in the song though, so I will watch the version you linked now.

Yes, I agree. It's very moving.

I just couldn't work out in the song where she says either "I can forgive" or "I can't forgive" then "but I won't forget"... which is it?
