Oh gosh, orange, Lee 😞 @Lee71
I like hanging out with you, too. 🙂 That's a good idea to take the music slow, so I have time to process it. Will listen to the link now...

That is pretty emotional, yes. I liked it...I like songs with one single voice (or two) and one musical instrument. No goosebumps though...maybe because I've never been in that situation in my life?
You linked that one before for me, I remember it...

Lee, I'm concerned that you're so distressed...do you need to take time out to contact a Chat? I know your preferred one doesn't start till 5pm...am worried about you...
I will listen to the song as you said you valued the distraction... @Lee71

I actually like that version even better. I found it more passionate - maybe surprisingly. I liked the duet.
I'm wondering if you can listen to some calming music, Lee...am very concerned about your distress levels. Are there any Chats you're willing to contact during the daytime? Or what about your therapist?

My stress is or distress is way way high.
It's ok .
Thus song fall into me, when I first heard it I would listen to it 10 or more times a day for over a month

I really like that one, Fall Into Me.
Is your distress really OK, Lee? "Way way high" doesn't sound OK, to me...

It's so high that even typing is becoming am issue, I took o me of the meds the doctor recommended but it's not helping .
I have one more song I want to share with you, the entire songs gives me goosebumps, throughout the whole song because of the raw emotion and the back story of the song. There's one part of the song the line is " I search my heart my soul and in my mind to try and find forgiveness "
That particular part tears at my heart and brings tears to my eyes, as I said she is so passionate about what she is singing, raw emotion, ....do you want the back story on the song before I share it, or song first ?

I'd like the backstory first...so I can fully appreciate the song...but... How long should that calming med take to kick in? @Lee71 Should it have worked by now? If your distress is affecting your functioning (typing) then I feel you should possibly seek help, Lee..
