We're not allowed to mention plans if they're harmful, so I can't ask you what Plan B is, in case.
What does your therapist think about you possibly seeing a psychiatrist? (If it has come up)

No @NatureLover plan b is trying hard to distract myself. Trying all I can to distract me, and if that doesn't work I will need to speak up, tell you maybe

Oh phew! You don't know how glad and relieved I am to hear that, Lee! 🙂

That would be great 🙂 And I am happy to be one of your distractions too @Lee71

You are a good distraction @NatureLover , more than that, you always keep me company. distraction is what I am trying, I also have a med from the doctor t o take when things are bad to help relax and calm me down.
I know the guidelines, even without that, I would never announce something more than self harm, I keep that to myself unless asked directly.

Yes, you are careful, and I have to be more careful about asking you questions!

Distraction used to work well for me, at my worst time. It was still a nightmare period of time, but distraction helped get me through to better times. I really hope it will help you, Lee...
I'm glad to hear you have a relaxation med too 🙂 @Lee71

@NatureLoveryou can ask me anything you want even if it's in a roundabout way.
I will probably answer. It's too bad we didn't meet in a Facebook group that wasn't anonymous .

I know you're very honest, which is why I also must be careful in what I ask you. I would like to ask you more, but we can't inadvertently provide triggers to others, it wouldn't be fair.

Yes. But here is still good, I'm glad I've met you. 🙂

@NatureLover I wouldn't want to trigger anyone either.
Don't know if they use trigger warnings here. I have looked around at a couple of posts and they were triggering for me so I just don't look around anymore.
Yes here is good, and I am glad we've met, sometimes I wish we could talk more openly about things, especially stuff like meds , but i understand why the rules are there.

I'm sorry to hear you were triggered when you looked around the forums. That is a shame, as the forums might provide a good distraction for you. I guess the problem is that no-one can know what exactly might trigger someone.
Regarding trigger warnings, I actually don't know how to use one. I think it might be a good idea to find out...I will get onto it.
