I am not coping well at the moment. I feel like my mental health is like a roller coaster going really fast. Moods are constantly switching so are my alters.
I feel like I'm stuck in my own thoughts at the moment and feel like I can't escape them. My panic attacks are becoming more frequent than usual. Feeling numb aswell.

@Snowie - I have nothing to be proud of, I'm in a bad place at the moment. I'm trying to get myself out of it but it's failing.

@Snowie - it doesn't help that I'm stuck back in lockdown either. It's driving me crazy I can't go to any of my appointments or see anyone. It's just a total mistake this year.... I want it to be over 😭

I can't go to see my psych or pdoc either because of the lockdown. It certainly has a negative effect on us hun 💜
I have just taken my meds so if I don't respond then they have worked. Will check in on you tomorrow hun.
