I am not coping well at the moment. I feel like my mental health is like a roller coaster going really fast. Moods are constantly switching so are my alters.
I feel like I'm stuck in my own thoughts at the moment and feel like I can't escape them. My panic attacks are becoming more frequent than usual. Feeling numb aswell.

@Maggie - she is really struggling she is hearing voices and has been dissociating a lot. I've been out a lot more than usual to help her.
Some of the helplines are pushing her away.

@Fluttershy1 ‘Ava’ I don’t know if you understand dissociation, it’s a big word if you are a little girl. But it’s a protection the brain uses to keep people safe. She will come back when she feels safe.
You are doing well, but look after yourself too. The ‘others’ might be able to help.

@Maggie @outlander @Former-Member - today isn't a good day, we got removed from a mental health group for no reason and are telling the main person she is lying about her MH when she isnt.
she currently is in tears and doesn't know who to trust because she has been hurt again by a group.
we are going to hide for the afternoon
