I am not coping well at the moment. I feel like my mental health is like a roller coaster going really fast. Moods are constantly switching so are my alters.
I feel like I'm stuck in my own thoughts at the moment and feel like I can't escape them. My panic attacks are becoming more frequent than usual. Feeling numb aswell.

@RICH1 - I'm okayish, just not having the greatest week. It's been a hard week. Lots going on. I'm safe and I'm managing. Helplines have limited my calls when I need it the most....
Things are just getting on top of me....

@NatureLover @Maggie @outlander @Jupiter @Jynx @lola - Today is a hard day, I'm struggling to cope, my alters a constantly switching, I'm unwell, I keep going into panic attacks. My family don't understand my mental health so I can't even open up to them about how I'm feeling. I'm trying to use my coping strategies but it's not even really working. I'm just currently crying because I feel so numb and unheard by my family. I keep dissociating and zoning out on conversations..
Its scary because I don't know what else could happen or go wrong....
I'm going to hide with my safe alters.....

Having your alters constantly switching, being unwell, and having panic attacks - this all sounds exhausting @Fluttershy1
Its hard when we don't feel understood by those around you. I hope you feel that the forums are a place where people DO understand. I hope hiding away with your safe alters for a while brings you some comfort

@Jupiter - it didn't help much, unsafe alter is trying to get into me but I'm not letting her. She is really scary and not nice at all.
My panic attacks are increasing then decreasing which is annoying.....
Family aren't understanding me either they think I'm faking my MH conditions when I'm not....
I'm currently crying just because I have to much on my shoulder and I'm helping my other friends instead of looking after myself because my friends deserve my support then me....
Forums have been a really good and safe space for me and the alters.

@Jupiter - I don't feel like myself today, I'm very jittery and anxious and in back to back panic attacks. I feel like I'm a mistake. 😭😭😭

@outlander - I normally do have more support during the week and the weekend I have no one and I have asked for support on the weekend but they won't give me any.....
My safe afters are keeping me calm and safe 
I can push through this.
