I’m still here @Snowie pdoc was good when I fessed up about all the sh. We’ve tightened up the safety plan. GP most helpful too as I have a úti so added antibiotics to all the pills I take lol. Then I had to go back as I forgot the script 😩

I am glad you were truthful to your pdoc hun and that they were able to help you @Eve7 . It's good you have tightened up your safety plan too. Sorry to hear you have a uti, they can be nasty at times. Hopefully the antibiotics clear it up quickly.

You should be proud of yourself for making it to your appointments, I know it was a struggle this morning.

Took my mum shopping today. She said some really hurtful things to me that makes me feel not so good about myself.

Gosh you’re very brave taking your mother shopping as my mother is the last person I’d take...maybe they’re related.

Nothing your mother says about you is true. You are a beautiful woman and your mother should be proud to have a daughter with such fine character....you can tell her your friends don’t agree with her.

Day is almost over @NatureLover and pdoc increased ad so maybe that will fix my sleep. I told pdoc he didn’t look well and he told me he’d lost a patient this morning, then he told me how much he cares about his patients which I knew. It was a reality check for me but he kept saying he was ok and this is his job. Very sobering.

There is no need to apologise for your post this morning. I would much rather you reach out for help then keep it bottled up inside. Also, it wasn't a rave hun, you were just expressing what was happening for you at the time.

Unfortunately I expected it from my mother. It has become the norm for her.
