It is a shock seeing the cost of it, I couldn't believe it when I saw how much it was. Luckily for me I am on workcover so they paid for my hospital stay and my ect.

I can’t even remember what time my pdoc appointment is today and I’m thinking of cancelling as I haven’t slept. I’m still struggling with si and sh every day. Why should I waste pdoc’s time? This is all too much.

@Eve7 you are not wasting his time, you deserve to get the help sweetheart. I'm sorry you haven't slept, that makes it all the more difficult.

I know how much the sh and si can take over our thinking. You are valued and most importantly, you are worth it.
