Well @Eve7 I was watching for you, but didnt manage to spot you. I departed Bankstown airport (on my Beachcraft 350 jet) right on 9am, and touched down at my destination at 9.50am. Perfect flying weather, so was lucky. I had a lady pilot who did a brilliant landing, and a lovely flight nurse.

So a road ambo picked me up and they handed me over. Now admitted to regional hospital.

Really tired and sore now, and agitated with all the admission questionnaires, etc. All I want to do is lie down and have a sleep. But happy that I am one step closer to getting home. The hard work of rehab starts from tomorrow.

@Eve7 Hope the neices wedding is a happy and memorable occasion. I feel sure you will look stunning, whatever you choose to wear. You cant see past the one thing nobody can change ... the shining light that is you.

Emotional day with friend’s h funeral this morning before dashing to the airport. Treated myself by catching ferry to family home…oh the serenity!

Quiet evening with family after eating wood fired pizza. Just about ready for bed now.

Big day tomorrow and then my baby girl’s birthday on Saturday which is always a difficult day, “the best of times, the worst of times”.

Em, I’m glad you’re “home”. Can you join me for a chai at 1030am?

The wedding was lovely and I even danced, Now it’s after 2am and some are still out celebrating…oh to be young!

Today is my baby girl’s birthday so another year without her. I wish she could have been at her cousin’s wedding. I wish she could have been at a lot of things but it just wasn’t to be. I miss her so much 🥲
