Morning has broken

Slow start today and I’ve only just had breakfast. I did something stupid to myself last night and so I’ve tried to journal my thoughts and figure out what happened.

A quick tidy up at home then I’m going for a bike ride. Today is not yesterday.

Good. Afternoon all,

So far so good staying with family. Last night we ate at a little French restaurant near the city and I ate escargots for the first time so that’s crossed off my bucket list. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you like rubber! It was my niece’s birthday and later we went to look at her “newly restored home with 1 bedroom and no off street parking!! Unbelievable is all I can say and we had a great night with them.

Need to get my head together now and be there for my athletes competing today.
