I just can’t help wondering what I’ll do while pdoc is away for so long. I’ve been to train my squad as we have Nationals coming up but I don’t think I was very present for them tonight.

I feel for you, @Eve7 ...

My psychologist was away for 5 months last year, and it sucked. However, she put in place a list of supports and prioritised them in order, of how bad I might feel and who to call in each situation. We also alerted my psychiatrist and GP. I got through it, but who knows, if something really bad had happened?

I know you rely on your pdoc, so I will be thinking of you and sending wishes that you get through OK... 💛
