Why can 1 person’s actions ruin an otherwise beautiful day??? I am now a blubbering mess and I’m unsure if I will be able to discuss this situation with pdoc in the morning.

I am so distressed right now.

Really sorry that someones actions yesterday spoiled your day. I hope your high levels of distress settled overnight for you. And it would be beneficial if you were able to offload to your pdoc about what happened, when you see them today. I know you will do your best. You are in my thoughts and in my heart.
