yeah not too bad @Ant7 apart from a sore back and headache.
went to the beach and spent a bit of time there
it was really nice, the water was so clear

I do have to say I envy your local beach trips. As mentioned, how therapeutic!
Your feelings of sadness may not be so pleasant at this time, but I guess it reminds us we are human.
