I’ve decided to try and move onwards. There are things I will never be able to “fix” and I know I’ll do far mor harm to my family by not being here. I won’t go into what happened yesterday but I was being selfish,

Today is a new day, the sun is shining, taking a deep breath and moving onwards. Wondering why it’s easier to ring for a pizza than get a crisis counsellor when you want life to end.

Next time I’ll ring for a pizza.

today is a new day. i was very tempted to stay in bed all day today... it was my plan when i went to bed last night. i wouldnt have to face anything. but i got up and went for my walk. ive been on the bike. now watching a movie. nothing has change, but just trying to make the right choices.

Just made a whole batch of sausage rolls for the family. Should do for lunches for awhile.

Have to take S to dentist soon. Just having a sit down and a cuppa before I do that.

Went food shopping this morning so got that out of the way for the next few days.
