I am not ok @Jynx I feel shattered tonight and I've had too much to drink. Sometimes it's just too hard.

I'm so sorry you're having a rough one @Eve7 . Drinking for me often unleashes a torrent of emotions too, especially if I've been pushing them down to cope. What do you think you need right now? Would it help to contact a crisis line maybe?
