Morning has broken

I wish the hospital I go to, actually over medicates when needed @Eve7

But Unfortunatley, they don't and let you go without sleep during the night and be in uncontrollable anxiety during the day.

Im really worried this time round......

@Eve7 nothing wrong with still being in bed. Think I might have also if I didn't have to take D to work.

In clothes but what I call 'home clothes'. Wouldn't wear them out in public!!

Maybe it is time to turn off the news - it can get too much watching it regularly. I got to the point I didn't watch it during the day, but would watch The Project of an evening, as they put a lighter spin on the days news.

Mum was pretty good at sending me photos of Levi when I was in hospital recently. I'm going to ask her to do it daily for me this time. I'm going to miss him soooo much. He helps heaps with my anxiety.
