29 new cases... I am surprised we aren't all in locked down yet. 😩

my psych office called this morning, she is in lockdown so my appointment next week will be over the phone :((

Yep @Snowie and I feel fairly miserable today too. Didn't sleep well last night, up and down with sore throat and coughing. Falling into a bit of a dark pit today.
shower and coffee is a good effort! Couch days are ok 🙂

@Anastasia It's looking like Gladys might end up locking down the whole Greater Sydney region (ie, everywhere except regional). The growing numbers are a bit scary. Any news if there are ppl in hospital or ICU? That's when it's time

to really worry.

No @WIP I said that this morning too. No mention, Its bizaare. My bf suggested that previous numbers were not all covid but added into the mix from aged homes. Who knows, we hear what the want us to hear.

Regardless the whole situation is :pile_of_poo: for the entire country.

Yep @WIP @Snowie Got what D had. She is much better today, slept in late though and is at her fathers today. May come homr early depending how she feels.

@WIP @Anastasia think I seen 1 in ICU when I had a look at Nsw health site. A lot of other being treated. Certainly spreading. Was hesitant in sending d to her fathers today, he works just outside of the city and was in at the office twice this week.

It is a terrifying time for the whole country - this new covid strain that spreads so easily & quickly @Anastasia

In Vic, when we had it really bad - once it got into the aged care homes, everything turned for the worse. I don't like to say it, but the numbers in Sydney are increasing at too quick a rate & the drastic measure of lockdown may need to happen. Most people are sensible and stay at home, but the virus is popping up in the most unexpected areas. Stay safe my friend. I hope your boy is dealing ok with the fact he may not make it to QLD for a little while.

I'm scared about Monday. Im much more fragile this time round and my pdoc is very quick to reduce anti anxiety meds - as you know, I'm in tears each day and not sleeping. It's just going to be worse in hospital. And because of covid, no visitors or leave - so I won't be able to get my Levi fix this time round.

I'm scared a worker in the NT has tested positive. I can't say too much but this is MASSIVE as it could directly affect my workplace @WIP
