i have to go pick up kids and do the horses.. again.

Its staying down @Eve7 just makes me feel yuck. That's the same for everything though. At least this has some sort of nutrition in it.
Im hoping tomorrow provides some answers too.
I hope your walk helps you as well. Its such nice weather here the past few days. Friday and through the weekend is suppose to be horrid weather again though with even more rain expected. At least its filling up the dams ready for summer 🥵

I am glad it’s staying down but feeling yuck is no good @outlander Sending you a hug 🤗
When I’m out I realise how much the medication affects me. I’m going to ask pdoc to lower the dose as I’m feeling like a zombie today. It is a beautiful day otherwise.

I cant really change the results so ill just have to adjust to them. Hopefully after some changes there will be a difference.

Maybe once you get used to the changes you’ll see the benefit and it will be ok.
i went to the hospital yesterday as I’m having ect once a week and then I saw pdoc which was difficult. I don’t think he’s as confident as he was about my recovery but I can’t really talk about what happened next I am sorry.
