What have you been doing?

I had ect this morning @Snowie and pdoc came to visit, increased Meds but stopped the depot injections.

I don’t think I’ve showered or washed my hair since Monday sorry to admit and not eaten much either.

Thinking clearer though. Hope your ect can start again next week. 🙏💜

Just take one small step at a time hon. You have been through so much the last week, a shower will happen in time. Perhaps make it a self care moment in the next few days. I must admit I can go weeks without washing my hair. It sounds so simple but is a big task at times.

Hopefully the approval comes by next Friday. Got everything crossed 🤞

Perhaps make a goal for yourself either tomorrow or the next day to have a shower/bath.
