Im out of lock up and have my phone. I’ll either be going home or to private hospital if there’s a bed.

Was meant to have ect today but the approval hasn't come through yet so still waiting. Four weeks now without it, and I can feel the difference.

Have to go pick D up from work soon, one way to get me off the couch!!
