It didn't work for me, as I'd come out of the anesthetist in an uncontrollable anxious state, to the point I needed a strong benzo to calm me down. Then I spent the rest of that day tying to calm down and the next day, trying to prepare for what was going to happen the following morning. I pulled the pin on inpatient care, and tried as an outpatient, but I have no one other than my elderly mum to help me and it was all just too much. As a result I was for worse from the treatment, but as you said, you have to try it yourself to know.

Tomorrow is my first day this week without a medical appt - yay! So, I'm hoping to be able to chill a bit (& not let my overactive mind get the better of me). A good nights sleep is strongly welcome! @Snowie Fingers crossed 🤞

Hoping to get to sleep early too, but have to pick D up from work at 9 so won't be too early.

Hope tomorrow goes well @Snowie . I might be rejoining you for more ECT soon but I’m not keen as my memory isn’t too good. You’re right that it doesn’t seem to make us worse.

I haven’t seen our friend @Bow since last month @Emelia8 and I truly hope she’s ok.

Im glad you have a day off appointments tomorrow @WIP and hope you and Levi can do something fun together.

Levi is entertaining me as I attempt to watch Mega Zoo on ch 9 I think. He's hilarious, as he jumps up and talks to the tv whenever an animal comes on the screen. I wish I could send you all a video - it's something to be seen to be believed!!

I haven't seen our dear friend @Bow since the beginning of the month. I worry about her a lot.
Let's all wish/pray together that she is ok
