An update;

Firstly my apologies to those who saw my worry room post the other night. I did not intend to cause concern I was just in completer turmoil and had to get it out of my head.

Today I’ve been to a restaurant lunch with extended family, in laws, outlaws and a dozen kids for a birthday party. I am completely peopled out, won’t need dinner and begging for prn.

On a brighter note, I’ve signed up for a fundraiser this month which involves daily evercise. I won’t say what but so I’ve completed Day 1 and am happy about that.
