I removed it because I’d tagged you and Snowie then I didn’t feel right when I saw what you were both going through. I felt dreadful for being so focussed on me.

that makes sense, i had a feeling that may have been the case @Eve7 but this is your special area to talk about whatever you like. its up to us if we feel we can respond.
im really glad that your got a chance to speak to the nurse. Even though you dont really like her it seems she can be caring and have some good advice too.
Aniversaries/birthdays/events in general can bring up all sorts of emotions even in our subconscious mind. your anxiety this morning couldve been associated with everything happening too.
Since youve been in hospital for a while now as well, it probably feels quite daunting at the thought of comin back out but you can of course seek emergency supports and you have us now too! so we can try and help you as much as we can too.

Thank you for your kindness @outlander . It has been a rough day and I probably won't be logging on much in the next few days but I will be safe. My discharge plan is pretty comprehensive with. 24 hour contact available at the hospital and pdoc said he can be contacted if needed ( not by me but hospital).

Im quite tired even though i didnt do much today. I have some yucky lower cramps that decided to join in with my stomach pain too so just wearing down abit. Joys of random flare ups of pcos/endo i suppose. Feel abit out of air with things happening.
Would you like to join me for a tea? Im going to make one before i head to bed.
