Do you have a discharge day yet?

I don’t have a discharge date but it will be by the end of next week. If I follow my plan I think I’ll be ok to go one day at a time.

Are you safe? When will you be admitted?

Piles of stuff can be horrid but I am here for you.

I downloaded Anne of Green Gables for a relaxing read but I nearly know it off by heart lol. There is so much more to that book than we realise.

I have an English friend who took his daughter to Prince Edward Island so she could see where Anne lived. I thought that was really cool.

Once when I was having a hard time at work I started catching public transport so I could read on the way and arrive happy. I remember looking at all the stressed out people and thinking “haha, you’re all off to work and I’m in the middle of Paris”

Yes, it is what it is but one day our “is” will be “was” and we will have a new “is” or better still a White Christmas”

One day at a time sounds good to me @Eve7 I am glad you have a plan in place for when you get discharged. I don't know when I will be admitted yet, hoping to hear back from them in the next few days hopefully. I am sort of safe.

Sounds like you do know that book of by heart. I have a few books like that but have never read Anne of Green Gables.

Had a call from my psych today. I would much rather it be in person but stupid covid stops that.

I had some blood tests, ecg and a scan to locate my brain...they assured me I still have one. I saw pdoc and social worker but only long enough for him to change my plans...I can’t talk but I’m ok. Pdoc was positive but won’t commit to discharge date.
