it is either go back in and do ect or don't do it at all @Eve7 They are not taking outpatients at the moment because of all the covid stuff.
I will probably go back in, I don't think I have much choice. I am not looking forward to the thought of going back in however.
D has a few friends whose birthdays are coming up so got their presents sorted out and got some ideas for D's birthday that is coming up soon.
A drive tomorrow sounds like a nice thing to do. Hopefully your friend with be respectful of you and not ask any questions.
23 wo9uld be beautiful. It is about 9 here and cold! ❄⛄

Yes @Snowie it is beautiful and I should be really grateful. I sat outside with a nurse for about an hour just chatting about stuff which was good.
I have an agreement with my friend that I won’t ask about her very wayward teenager and she won’t ask about my mh so that should help.
I totally understand about not wanting to go in but you did have a rough time last week and I was thinking pdoc might suggest going in again.
I, like you, want to get well and yesterday morning, as awful as it was, really convinced me that I have professional people who are genuine enough in their concern and expertise to support me in this Marathon.
Sorry about the ramble

Wow @Eve7 what a nice nurse to dedicate that time to you (which you deserve) They are normally so busy that they can't spare that sort of time. I am so happy you got that one on one time, you so deserve it hun.
Yes it was the pdoc's suggestion. He thinks I should go back in. I agree with him but it doesn't make it any easier. It puts a lot more pressure on H and the kids too, which I have to think about. But then again, me not being here at all wouldn't be good for them either. And that is the way my brain is thinking at the moment.
I am super glad you have got people around you to support you sweetie. It certainly is a marathon.
Here for you always 💛💛💛

I am proud of you @Snowie for being honest with pdoc and I really understand it’s not an easy decision. I’m sure H will be supportive and maybe gently remind him that a happy wife means a happy life. Your family needs you, we all need you precious lady.
I am having an early night and getting meds now from another nice nurse.
Sleep well and a better tomorrow with no mistakes...yet (Anne of Green Gables)

I hope your day has been ok @Snowie
I went out with my friend but something she said triggered me so I asked her to take me back. I’m so embarrassed and she was too. Anyway, the weather is nice.
Love you lots
