I already go through guilt etc, I don't need their stupid opinions. My mum has gone and they're trying to make me feel worse. I won't let them.

They have no idea what has gone on, yet they are trying to pull me down further. I have D and her health issues etc and they are making everything harder.

Good morning everyone, I’ve been for a run, bought fruit and veg at the markets, ate smashed avo on Turkish with a poached egg, bought a new dress and a pair of sandals now sitting in air con waiting for washing machine to do its thing and going out to dinner tonight. Fighting gremlins in my head so staying busy and trying not to sh.
