Are you feeling less scared? I know that dreams can feel traumatic and so real. I'm grateful that I have them less often. Had a couple last week though.

Need to go for a little food shop soon. I keep putting it off. Hopefully it's a little bit quieter. I'm thinking a lot of tourists would be heading home after the new year holiday weekend. It's been hectic here. I don't go out a lot at this time of the year. Well, I hardly went out at all last year. Except for others appointments at gp, specialists and a few surgeries. What a "nightmare". 😬🥺

I actually have a new pink nail polish, which I have put on my toes. For me, that's a small sign of recovery. I haven't had the motivation/energy to even do that 🥰
