I’ve had a dreadful night and am unsure why as I’ve been sleeping really well.

Last night there were creatures all over me saying nasty things about me. Now I am unsure where I am.

Is anyone here?

I think I’m ok and have taken meds. S1 is here and he thought I’d gone out.

Just scary mi again so I’m having a cuppa and sitting outside.
