A good sleep works wonders especially under the fan.
My wrist is ok and I’ve done my exercises. My throat is still sore from the anaesthetic but otherwise I have no complaints.
Trying to tidy my home as a friend will be here soon.
I hope your day goes well and yours too @Emelia8 . I’ll be thinking of you all day. You’re not alone.
