Hi lovely @Lee82 I think I’m going home at lunch time.
Its quite different to psych hospital as they want me out quickly from here. I feel like sleeping all day but not really in pain which is good.
Is your day ok?
❤️💚❤️

Thanks @Snowie . I’m waiting for the Physio. All good otherwise.
I think my GP said something about my mh to the surgeon as he made a point of telling me I was valuable and no one has commented on my sh handiwork.
Just very tired.
Hope today is good for you buddy.

I am glad things are going well @Eve7 and that you can go home today.
You are valuable hun and deserve that support. Glad your surgeon didn't mention the sh, I know what those reminders can do to us.
Hoping the pain stays under control for your sake.

In here I just feel like a “normal
patient’ @Snowie except when the nurse gets all my meds out then I get a reality check.
It’s a strange life we lead with mh. There I go overthinking again...sorry.
Have a better day.

Good afternoon @Eve7 🤗💞
Really good to hear that you were well looked after and that you were not made to feel embarrassed or anything over any 'handiwork' you may have done in the leadup to your admission. Sounds like general hospital has been quite a different experience for you than your more familiar mental health admissions.
Oh wow ... I love the sound of your funky new purple plaster caste. Lucky you.
I was wondering Eve, if you have received word back from breastscreen about the mammogram you had. I think it was two weeks ago tomorrow? I expect you should have heard by now. Tell me it was all good ... please. Its been on my mind the past few days.
Sending lots of love and a reminder not to try to do too much for a couple of days. Please take care and no more trips. I guess the pool is out for a while too? Shame.
Emelia 💜😊🌸
Perhaps its something like this? It looks pretty fancy. Maybe you could even swim in this one.

I haven’t heard about the mammogram @Emelia8 and forgot to ask my GP on Monday so hoping no news is good news!
Here’s my cast

Yes I expect it is a case of no news is good news 😄 @Eve7
Gee, very nice cast. If you have to have one, it just as well be decorative and a beaut colour. Purple being one of my favourites 💓
