For a long time I put my family ahead of my needs @Former-Member and with some help I finally put me first. Unfortunately that comes with it's own set of problems.

@Former-Member I am ok hun. I have a safety plan that I am using. I have just taken some meds so hoping I will be asleep soon.

Just being here with me is enough hun. It always helps when you have someone who understands where you are coming from. Thats why I like this forum, there is a place for everyone and you can always find support.
