I am in VIC @Bow so it hasn't been hot today but tomorrow is meant to be above 30.

Ah ok. I try to remember where people are located but my brain just don’t work.

Im in greater Sydney area, hot here today, up to 38. I don’t like the heat. At all.

That is hot @Bow I like it warm but not that hot.

It is hard to remember where everyone is from. I cannot remember either!

been a hard day today @Snowie I continue to really battle some dark thoughts, scares me. And I don’t feel great physically. Managed to get myself to the gp, handed over my discharge letter and found enough words to ask for some anti- depressants. So unsupportive, felt like crap.

Sorry to hear it hasn't been a great day. Those dark thoughts can be scary especially when we seem out of control of them.

Well done for getting to the gp and asking for some help. It is extremely hard to do that at times. Hopefully the anti-depressents don't take too long to help.
