Is that a good thing @Eve7 ?

Are you ok?

Yes, it is good. I don’t like him near my kids. Mum’s house is empty but she only worries about her baby boy. Now I won’t get phone calls when she hasn’t heard from him.

I can’t look after him.

Re: Morning has broken

I am so scared that I won’t recover from this mi. I’ve hardly moved from my room all weekend as I can’t face anyone even though they are all friendly and supportive.

I know I can’t stay in hospital forever and I have a choice of going to some mental wellness place that costs an arm and a leg but my pdoc isn’t sure I’d be accepted.

pdoc says I can stay here longer and he doesn’t want me to go home yet but I just want to be well.

No need for anyone to respond, I’m safe just disillusioned.

Re: Morning has broken

My day has been good...did I say that?

I did 10kms on the treadmill this morning then attended an Indian cooking class. I don’t know whether the facilitator was hired for his cooking ability or comedy routine (which was obviously unplanned). Ten minutes into the class we were all laughing! I laughed so much I cried!!! Then I laughed until my stomach ached. It was unbelievable and I kept thinking is this really happening? My pdoc said he went once after a stressful day and recommended it so I managed to get there early so I didn’t miss out.

All the ECT and drugs I’ve had and an Indian chef has surpassed them all.

Please remind me next time I share my pain that laughter truly is the best medicine...well it was for one hour today.
