Yes, it was good news @Snowie . Sometimes just one more fact can change your whole view of a situation.

Did 10kms on the treadmill and can hardly move now lol It’s so good to something “normal”. There’s an exercise physiologist here so I’m going to do some work with him...something positive!

My ECT maintenance has been approved. Will talk to the pdoc at my next appointment about when I start it. It will just be once per week for 6 weeks at this stage.

Hey @Snowie my day has been good. I spent time with the exercise physiologist which was fun.

The new med dose seems to agree with me and no nausea 😊

Last ECT in the morning will make 18 but if you have 6 more we’ll be even. My memory is ok, how’s yours?

My mother just phoned to say my brother has moved into her house (she lives with my sister) which means he is now 1000kms from me instead of the next suburb. Mum didn’t ask if I was ok so I didn’t have to tell her anything.
