You have a busy week with appointments @Snowie I hope they are all helpful.

I rang my usual pdoc this morning and asked if I could keep my appointment with her on Thursday. I’m not happy with the pdoc here. Nothing wrong with him, I just can’t connect with him. I used to see a lovely lady here but she’s no longer here.

Would be good if you could see your usual pdoc @Eve7

It can be hard to connect with other supports, especially one's we haven't seen before. Sometimes you can tell straight away whether it will work or not. You need to do what is right for you.

I'm not holding my breath if they could help. It is what it is.

I’ll just have Telehealth with my usual pdoc @Snowie . I don’t want to stay in if I have to keep seeing this guy. I’ll see what my pdoc suggests.

Would be good if your pdoc can suggest something @Eve7 Inpatient or outpatient, having the ect 3 times per week is really hard. Somedays it can be a very big struggle.

You're not complaining hon, just trying to find a way where you can get the treatment needed but at the same time putting your MH first.

I spoke to my pdoc @Snowie and she said it was up to me but also suggested I stick it out for another week.

I guess you have to decide what is right for you. I know it's a hard choice though.
