Im glad it went ok with your mum this morning.

I managed a group this morning but it was very triggering and I’ve needed prn. Staying in my room for the rest of the day.

I'm sorry about the group being triggering. It's hard when you make the effort to go and then that happens. I hope the prn helped.

I have gp tomorrow and pdoc (phone) Thursday. I don't think either will be happy with me.
