I wish we could know more about your athletes that you train and what they compete in. I know for anonymity reasons we cannot but would love to be able to cheer them on!!

pdoc was ok but she suggested an admission. I declined so she said I could ring her if I changed my mind. I think I’d sink further if I went in so we set some goals.

I then had to see my GP and she pumped me with more immunisations…pity there isn’t one for mh.

Hey @Eve7 I can understand no wanting an admission. I guess at least you had an option and it wasn't forced onto you. Hopefully by making some goals it can help you move forward. Let us know if we can help.

I am going to try and get to training today hopefully the rain holds off but it’s not looking too good right now.
