It sounds like you are really struggling this evening. I am concerned that you may not be safe and may need help off the forums. If you are able to call the Mental Health team that sounds like a very good self care strategy Eve.

I spoke to lifeline as I don’t want to go to hospital. I am sorry it’s too hard. I won’t do anything @Snowie @Former-Member @outlander
