Thank you @Shaz51 I am not really ok but I don’t know what to do about it. I have the kindest pdoc around but nothing seems to work.

A friend told me today I should just snap out of it and that it’s up to me to move on and not be so wrapped up in my mh.

I really would if I could but I just seem to right on the edge of a cliff all the time.
