So my son and daughter both died in April. I just have to get through this month and I don’t know how to make hospital pdoc understand this. I don’t need an admission, I just need the days to pass.

I was allowed home at some ungodly hour and managed a few hours sleep before taking the car in for a service. I’ve been advised not to go away but my mh isn’t covered by insurance so I’m going. I’ll be with good friends so I’ll be safe.

The acute care team have been over to see me and will come again tomorrow. My friends will be much better company.

Glad you're home safe and managed a bit of sleep.

It's good you are going on your upcoming trip away. As you said, you are going to be with good friends. This will help to keep you safe. And fingers crossed, the time away will do you good. It could prove to be just what you need.

In regards to going away, I think you should do what you want. You know yourself the best.

Hopefully with being with your friends it takes some pressure of yourself, you can relax a little and just enjoy the time away.
