@Eve7that just makes you human. im always worried about triggerring others. it is apart of here though. sometimes we can never know what a trigger might be for someone. sometimes it can be just one word or a colour or a location like saying the beach or the park, an animal or it really could be anything.
Being quiet and not talking to anyone though isnt helpful and often others are triggerring really unintentionally and the person who is triggerred once settled again can see it wasnt intentional
