My meds don’t seem to be working tonight @outlander oh well, I’ll just stay here and say a little prayer for pea and think good thoughts for you.

I notice your post was a few hours ago. Its now 5.30am, so I hope you managed to finally get some restful sleep. Sorry I wasnt around earlier. I could have at least sat with you, and tried to help ease your obvious distress. Nightmares really take a toll dont they?
Please let me know that you're safe, when you get a chance. And of course ... If you dont feel safe ... take steps to ensure that you are.
