Congratulations @Eve7 on making St Patricks Day such a wonderful and memorable occasion for all your family members. No small accomplishment by any means. I'm both immensely impressed and so so pleased for you that everything went so well. 🍀♥

Thank you so much @Emelia8 . It sure was a fun day only spoilt by the humidity which was off the richter scale. I'm about to grab the last slice of Irish apple cake made by S1's partner.
How's life with Hannah in your new home?

I had a nice morning with friends having breakfast together.
Now I’ve just been to my GP for a mh plan to see my psych and I had to do one of those silly questionnaires about my mood. GP said I’m an expert at covering things up, she knows me too well.
Now she wants to talk to my pdoc before my appointment tomorrow 😦

Glad you had a nice morning @Eve7
Yes your gp does know you well.
Perhaps your gp and pdoc talking might be a good thing. At least they will be on the same page. It also might mean that you don't have to repeat yourself to your pdoc. They will already know what has happened with your gp.

I just read the referral for the mh plan that my GP wrote. It is a bit of a shock reading a diagnosis in print. I want to hide in a hole somewhere.
I don’t know why there is so much detail about my mental health. I hate being labelled. It makes me feel like some sort of weirdo.
