Morning has broken

It doesn't feel like enough @Jynx things get too overwhelming.

I'm finding it hard to find pleasure at all. I know there would be things but recognising them and believing in them is difficult on days like this. I just have the same thing replaying in my head. It is like it is a constant circle of thoughts.

@Snowie but there are things, as you say - even if it's difficult to pull them into mind at the moment. Are any of them written into your safety plan? Or perhaps (on another day when you're feeling up to it) you could think of things to add.

It might not be a case of it being enough to stop you from feeling overwhelmed, or feeling really crappy. But if it is enough to get you through to the next day, then it's enough.

The problem is that I don't want to get through to the next day @Jynx I've had enough.
