@NatureLover

Will use this post to check in, and help myself get through the night.

Thank you for everything you've done for me, you are very kind.

Re: checking in

I actually do the same as you, Lee, I don't let on how bad I'm feeling to others.

Maybe being on the forums here will allow me to start doing it a bit more.

Re: checking in

@NatureLover I'm still not sure what to say.

If there is even a point to explaining further.

Re: checking in

I would like to hear your explanation if you feel up to giving it...

But if you don't want to share it, that's fine too. @Lee71 Your privacy is important.

@NatureLover it's hard I know.

Re: checking in

@NatureLover I would like to tell you exactly how bad I am feeling, it's way more than I have said, and I would like to give cliff notes on my history but I worry that may be all it takes to push me over the edge.

Re: checking in

I would like to hear whatever you want to tell me, Lee, including your history. BUT I absolutely don't want to push you over the edge @Lee71 . Your safety comes first, and I definitely don't want you to be triggered.

Do you think you could tell me how bad you are feeling without getting triggered? And maybe keep the triggery stuff for your therapist and /or GP? That would be safer for you, I feel...

Re: checking in

@NatureLover yes I think I could tell you, but you aren't going to like what I say

Re: checking in

I think I can handle it, Lee...even if it's hard to hear.

But please only share what you can cope with, that doesn't push you over the edge.

Re: checking in

@NatureLover I'm back to where again I have no hope and no desire for the future, I know how my life has gone so far, full of bad and then some. Had a few months recently where I was somewhat stable but should have known better, should have known it wouldn't last, it never has. I feel I am and my whole life is just been a waste of time, I'm a waste of space and good for nothing, and the list goes on but will stop it there cause I'm treading on dangerous ground.

As for acting on thoughts, I'm in that ....No I should stop
