One of the issues right now, is I keep thinking about things that I shouldn't be. Things that trigger suicidal feelings, bit these thoughts I can't seem to shake them or stop them.

It's extremely difficult to do, I know, @Lee71 . 😞
My favourite coping method is distraction, but I know even that doesn't always work.
Has your therapist given you any other strategies?

We actually did a safety plan last session at my request, and distraction was at the top of the list, I will try distraction and checking in and see how it goes

I am really impressed with how you look after yourself, @Lee71 .
I hope the distraction and the checking in help.

Do you have enough stuff to try to distract yourself, with, @Lee71 ?

Kinda, well No.
Distraction isn't working so well.
