I do appreciate the time you take to talk to me.
I haven't said much of what's going on but it is difficult, and complicated. Some days are just a lot harder than others.
It doesn't help that there isn't anyone here, (where I live) that i can talk to about how i am feeling, i just mostly pretend everything is ok.

I know from experience that pretending to be OK is very hard when you have severe depression. 😞

It sounds like today has been one of those days that are harder than others...you've nearly made it through today, @Lee71 ...well done so far.

It's Just so exhausting dragging myself through each hour, as I'm sure you know.

I know I always look for your post first of all each morning on the forums, partly to see if you're still in this world, and partly as I enjoy speaking with you.
