It's ok, I wouldn't take it personally, they don't really mean any harm,
because they are probably feeling quite troubled at the moment going through a rough patch, they are buying into thoughts which aren't who they truely are, so thier emotions and behaviours are expressions of that turbulance and that's ok.
It is only acting out of unconsciousness, so I have compassion for them.
We can only do our best to support, I acknowledge how things are for you too at this time, as we had discussed in previous posts, stay strong and give us a shout if you need support.
As for the words, You're fine,
Thoughts and words can't hurt you,
only your interpretation of them can,
that is; offence cannot be given, only taken,
for example,
If someone gives offence,
but we choose not to take the offence, or even say that it is an offence,
then it falls to the ground like Neo stopping the bullets in the Matrix.
It is like Water off a ducks back.
No harm is done because there is no "me" to be harmed.
I suggest that if you are also going through a challenging time and may be feeling a little fragile,
that it's important to maintain your own wellbeing, to not be too caught up and affected by others troubles, emotions and behaviours that you may not be ready to deal with just yet,
to be kind and gentle with yourself and doing whats in your best interest for your wellbeing first and foremost.
Everyone's wellbeing is important,
and I have faith that we will all get through these challenging times.
